What is the most powerful AMD GPU under £300?

I want to make an AMD build but I'm not sure what would be the best GPU.

It'll be only just under £300 I imagine, but some cards with the R9 290 chip are there. The cheapest single fan cards are a bit noisy though, just so that you know.
