What is the easiest to use USB useable password recovery / erase program for Windows 7 64 bit that is free? I need a very simple program as I am a very simple guy. LOL!
BartPE Live CD had some tools to do it, but it has been discontinued.
There's also some non-free options like MS's DaRT which I use.
There was also this project on kickstarter "Password Reset Key" that bundled software + USB keys that could do it. The kickstarter covered the cost of the USB keys but the software is free I think since there was never any EULA.

It's based on WinPE v4 x86 so it will not boot on x64 UEFI systems without the CSM activated. It should work on all BIOS or UEFIs where the CSM is enabled normally for Windows Vista-10 x86+x64.
It's just an ISO so I would recommend using https://rufus.akeo.ie/ to burn it to a USB disk. Alt+E for BIOS+UEFI support.
