Why does one cost more than the other? They appear to be the same other than having different colors.
Now don't quote me on this, but I beleive when you start getting into different ranges of motherboards there price changes based on the quality of the products put into the motherboard.
As well as the ability for tweaking of specific hardware settings and features that other boards do not support. So in the end it comes down to how much their customization is as well as how well the overclock which is usually based on the build quality and addtions that are added to the board during design and fabrication.
But do not take this as saying cheaper boards are crapper and not as good there are boards out there in all prices ranges that are good boards, and sometimes the cheaper boards are better then the more expensive.

The chipsets are slightly different on each board. The more expensive one supports both SLI and Crossfire, while the cheaper one only supports Crossfire.
This only matters if you plan on going Nvidia over AMD.
the expensive one supports both sni and xfire.
expensive one has 6 usb 3.0's compared to the cheaper ones 4
thge cheap one has 3 usb headers and the expensive one only has 2.
expensive one has 4 sata 6 instead of 2
expensive one has 3 x16 pci ports compared to 2 with the cheap board. (that being said, the cheap board has 2 standard pci and the expensive one has 1)
best thing to do is open up both tabs and scroll down to the same spot on each, then switch tabs back and forth and look for what is changing (gamer hotkeys for firefox makes this easyer, otherwise use ctrl+tab)
OR....Right click on the tab >Move to New Window, then drag to both sides of screen.

Thanks for the info guys :) So if I were to go for one it would be the cheaper one. I don't use SLI nor do I plan to. 1 sata 6, 1 pci-e x16, 1 standard pci, and one usb 3.0 is all I will ever use so yeah.
