its pretty self explanitory, but according to the newegg website they are exactly the same exept for a couple dimensions but yet the ec2 is 10$ more.

The EC2 is a lighter, slightly smaller mouse, Which could be more desirable and possibly fit into the hand better. (I wouldnt know, I havent used one)
