What is the difference between a AMD FX 8320 and a 8350

Im upgrading from a Phenom II x4 955 and was looking at those two CPUs. My question is what is the real difference between them? If its just clock speed cant I just overclock the 8320 to whatever the stock speed is on the 8350 or is it not that easy or what.

Same chip it just dident make the grade to be a 8350 i have had my 8320 running a 4.7ghz before it will just need a little more volts to achieve higher overclocks then the 8350 (slightly better silicone)

So would you recomend the 8320 over the 8350?

8350 > 8320

The 30 USD difference isn't much, but the chip is binned better, so you can OC far more. Other than that they are the same, I like my 8320, but I got it for dirt cheap years ago.

Yes its cheaper and can achieve the same speed as a stock 8350 easily. (at least mine does)
