you could try a http://pcpartpicker.com/p/uVQs
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/uVS4 the cpu in this one is as fast as a first gen i3
anything, really. i've ran tf2 on a celeron d, and the only problem was the gfx. also ran it on an athlon x2. minecraft isn't picky at all about the cpu, but give it at least 4 g of ram
The CPU in this build has the best integrated graphics of all CPUs.
This will run minecraft and source games perfectly, and much more.

Dedicated GPU will always destroy an apu when it comes to gaming.

I've actually had an A8 before, except it was mobile so that's even less powerful. Fast RAM makes them ALOT more powerful so I figured it makes more sense, 4G is more than enough considering how old source games are and such. Just get one of those programs that make your computer focus on the game not anything else and 4G will be fine. I've even pulled Day-Z off on Medium with no lag on my mobile one with 1333MHz, so this thing will be pretty gnar. The case with the PSU might be more cost effective but I hate going cheap as far as PSU's.
