What is the best VPN for gaming?

Well, I'm looking for a VPN for gaming. I play league of legends, and they're having problems where a cogent node on route to one of their servers drops a ton of packets and makes the game unplayable when on that server. I need a vpn that will allow me to have good ping while in game. I'm west coast, so it needs to have west coast servers that don't lag. Does anyone know of a secure one that fits my criteria?

You can benefit more if you create your own. All you need is a computer to be on at all times! You can have friends use it, use it anywhere etc.
