What is the Best Price to Performance GPUs for 3-4 1440p Monitors

Hello I was wondering what would be the best price to performance GPUs for running 3-4 1440p monitors, preferably just two cards.

Thank you.

I believe Logan used two 780s to run three 1440p monitors in some gaming benchmarks. You won't need that much GPU power if you're not gaming.

Yes, you just need to have enough outputs. Also, this video is video is what Berserker is referring to:

"two ASUS GTX 780 Direct CU II graphics cards (SLI) and three 1440p monitors"

Yea I saw the video and it would be for gaming I just wondering what the other options were like.

You could use other GPU configurations. Though, I think the trade-off between performance and visual quality would be too great with other GPUs. Anything less than ultra textures negates the appreciation of higher details at 1440p.

The exception would be the Titan, which is not particularly cost effective.

I wouldn't settle for anything less than 780s. Until AMD has an answer to that particular card, it appears to be the only option, in my opinion.

Triple 7970s maybe.

Dual 7990?

780s, or, if you are doing photo work, Firepro V7900(s).

2 or 3 7970's could probably handle it. depending on the model... and the overclock...

IMO 780 SLI. If your going to spend $1200 in monitors then 780's be the way to go. IMO I'm a signal screen player anything more then 2560x1600 is over kill.

Before someone pulls the AMD card, some games are still having problems with CF. Better safe then sorry.

I think two 7970s would run it, but not at the performance I would want. I'd be worried about the diminishing returns from 3 or 4 way crossfire.
