What is the best gaming set up for $350

I am looking to spend $350 I want to play games 1080p max/ultra settings is this the best setup that I could possibly get

Any ideas on how to make this faster? Or should I use this set up

top, but get faster ram if the mobo says it can handle it.

Lol a 650 with an APU makes no sense. Top one no doubt. It can max out valve games, call of duty, stuff like that that's not rough on computers.
