What is the best CPU cooler under $50?

Hello I have a question. I just recently built a computer with an AMD a-6 APU and my computer runs at 35°C and playing games the highest I ever seen it is 50°C. I would get it about 10° cooler. I have plenty of room in my case for a large fan or even a water colling block if you guy can find one. Also later I wold like to install an AMD graphics card so I need room for that. I also have an other question for you guys. What system fans should I get. I only have one 12 cm rear fan that came with the case. Below is a picture of my case and what fans it needs. Will I also be able to use more that the 2 fans outlet provided on the motherboard?

Computer specs:

AMD A6-5400K 3.6GHz Dual-Core APU

MSI motherboard ms-7721

Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333

western digital 1 TB hard drive black

 Enermax Ostrog case

Antec 430W ATX12V Power supply

Thanks for your help,

Trenton

I don't care what anyone else says, hyper 212 plus is pure awesomeness.

Yeah, I have to agree.  The Hyper 212 is a great cooler for the money.  I would suggest going with the updated version though...the CM Hyper 212 Evo.  I have the Hyper 212 Evo, and performs worlds better than the stock HSF.

Here's another option to consider...
