I'd suggest getting a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. For only 35$, it'll keep your cpu nice and cool, and will give you plenty of room to overclock.

How about a Cooler Master Hyper N 520, simple to install. $30 on Newegg, works with alot of different cpus, and its working for me =)

If you do not mind spending about 60 bucks for a heatsink, the Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme is one of the best today (Still).
