What is the best bang for your buck usb3-Ethernet adaptor?

Hey guys I am wondering how much should you pay for an usb/Ethernet adapter? I am in the market for one after getting a new laptop (Ultra-book =/= Ethernet jack) and am seeing a very wide price range.

So my question is:

  1. What makes them different
  2. Whats a good price
  3. Any recommendations

Any crap will do so long as it doesn't provide a bottleneck for your internet connection.

I have a USB 2.0 one that does 150Mb/s dual band, so 300Mb/s theoretical. Thats all you really need for internet.

Oh ok i was expecting there to be a huge bottleneck no matter the cost. good to know!
