Gigabyte Windforce, Sapphire Vapour X, MSI Twin Frozor and His IceQ cards are the best youll get, so find which ones cheaper/what you like better of those and your set!
i was stuck between the ASUS DirectCUII Top and the Sapphire Vapour X. although the ASUS is a bigger card, if it performs well then im happy.
The ASUS cards have had some real cooling problems before, especially with the 7950, so id suggest you stay away/be weary of them.
I would suggest the MSI Twin Frozr version. I have a really good MSI 7870 with the Twin Frozr cooler and i'm really happy about the cooler, it performs well and aren't loud.

Really any of the boost versions are the best. I'm partial to the iceq models because they're whisper quiet but just pick a model with the cooler you want they will all perform the same more or less
Been looking around similar threads for ages and I guess I've reached the Sapphire 7950 as a conclusion, atleast for my build.
