Seriously? *Facepalm* Why? I mean, if you'd have said Crysis, or Battlefield 3. But Minecraft? You're worried about fps on Minecraft? You can run Minecraft at a decent fps with onboard graphics. The 640 isn't the greatest GPU but it can still kick the ass out of Minecraft fps style.

A 640 would be absolutley fine. As long as it is backed by a half decent CPU you shall be looking at around 60-80 FPS maxed out.

 

Edit Entirely guestimated off the fact that someone with a Phenom II 1075 and a 650 can pull 100-120 FPS maxed out. (theres a video somewhere)
