I want to know about Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Support. Can Anyone Please tell me about this?
It’s over rated by non-technical managers in corporate environments and just means Microsoft provide patches, hotfixes and online e technical docs.
You will be able to log tickets with Microsoft but the level of service you get will depend on the type of agreement you have rather than what is included with the licence or if you have Software Assurance.
TBH for a smaller company an agreement with a decent local IT support company is worth far more than support agreements with Microsoft or even some of the bigger Linux vendors…
Just my opinion of course.
