I am building new AMD machine AM3+ based

now I heard about graphics card that most new comes with PCI-e

so what is difference and Its medium class PC so please suggest latest graphics and supported mother boards

PCI-e are more specifically for video cards, PCI slots usually house things like extra USB's, Wifi Cards and other typically less power demanding add ons.

PCI has less bandwidth, while PCIe has more. Thus making it more suitable for video cards.
