What is considered the best 120/140mm radiator fans?

I have herd that stock fans that come with water cooling radiators aren't that good, but I have no idea what ones are... so any help would be appreciated.

well, the only closed-loop cooler I would ever use is the new nzxt kraken. all the others use cheapo pumps, and ya never know when they will crap out on ya... nzxt kraken is pretty much just a pre-assembled custom loop, many of the parts are used for custom solutions

I am refering to that, do you think that its fans are good quality?

Static pressure fans such as the cosair SP series or noctua nf-f12

their not bad, push ~60-100 cfm, and the noise scales accordingly. they are pwm fans, which means they can be set up so that the speed is controlled as a function of the core temp.
