I would highly recommend getting as much VRAM as you can afford, and I really like the fact that this one has a backplate. It doesn't give you any HUGE benefits, but it looks nice, and it keeps the heat evenly spread. Alternately, there is always Asus:

Personally, I prefer the solution from Asus, just because the 660+ cards tend to run a bit warm when you get them stock overclocked, and Asus has a really nice cooler design and a custom power phase solution for their cards.
