What GPU's support Open GL better?

I'm looking to get a new gpu and wondered what AMD or Nvidia  gpu can support open GL better.

Any help is welcome, thanks!!!

Nvidia have been the ones to support openGL better and ATI/AMD usually support Direct X better, thought things may have changed, which would explain why 7xxx cards playing metro better, or MAYBE AMD is actually making quality drivers for once, and when I say that, I mean that they actually are optimised, and not "just work"

Would a gt 620 be just fine? It doesn't need to be anything expensive

what is your current GPU and how much are you wanting to spend?

Radeon generally, but im not an expert
