I loaded the file into one of my picture editing programms and started messing with it to find some details.
Filled the picture with black, tolerance increasing by a factor of 2 each time (start tolerance is 2)


Okay, so we got some dimple up there at 18x49 to 42x59. What can I make from that? Nothing!

Pointeless update:
The blue area (at 50% transperancy) is the crop overlayed on the original.
