looks good.
Any reason you go with a locked CPU and a Z97 chipset?
If you want to OC in the future you want to take the I5-4690k, if you don't want to a H97 will be more than enough for you.
Unless you want to keep the option for SLI open, but for SLI i reccomend a overclockable CPU anyway
Get the 4590k - it's unlocked, and you'll achieve an overclock to even the CPU:GPU performance ratio. I'm going to assume that is is for gaming primarily, in which case, this machine should suffice. If you don't want that overclocking capability; because you're only using the stock cooler according to that list, you should downscale the motherboard.
Next, go with single channel 8GB RAM as opposed to dual channel. This allows expansion to 32GB in the future, and is quite a bit cheaper. You're not using integrated graphics, so the speed difference will be next to nothing.
The PSU is a complete idiotic choice. Go with a higher wattage for future SLI capability, and don't go for 80+ Gold in that price range, unless you have the budget.
I'd build something more along the lines of this, at that budget.

I'm also assuming you've got something organised for storage.
4690k* is the one that's unlocked.
If you go with a bigger power supply, just make sure the motherboard is SLI-certified for SLI upgrades.
"op´s" stock build looks basicly totaly fine, the only thing i would personaly change is the cpu for the 4690K if you can afford. Because if you ever plan on upgrading the cpu cooler, you have the abillity to overclock that cpu.
About the ram, i would personaly go for 1600mhz or 1866mhz ram. like g.skill ares or something similar. just what you can find for the best price. ☺
