What do you think?

Hey guys i'm going to build a PC mostly for gaming/media consumption , I'll take all the peripherals and the HDD's from my current machine . What do you think about this build, any suggestions ? My budget is around 900$/800€ with a little flexibility .

Looks good except for that motherboard. It is really total crap. I wouldn't recommend running an 8 core on any 970 chipset motherboard but that one is the worst of the worst. Really bad power delivery that will strangle your CPU. Plus, the VRMs fail consistently on those boards after not much use.

Go with an Asus M5A99FX Pro/Evo. While it is more expensive it is really worth it. You'll have a reliable and stable board with tons of features and the ability to overclock in the future.

Agreed with DerKrieger, looks phenomenal and you're really lucky to pick up that GPU for that price. I'm literally drooling at that price.

Any Asus 990FX board that is Pro/Evo or higher will do you justice. If it's more expensive don't feel afraid to go down to the 8320, still a phenomenal chip.

Ok , thank's man , I had no clue it was crap

Yea , here in europe is around 289€ :)

Know any Euro retailers that ship to Canada? I'm sure it's probably cheaper to get one of those from somewhere over there than locally even after shipping charges.

I found all the parts for the PC here , because I live in Italy , and now I checked out the international shipping and it seems that they do ship to Canada , but not 100% sure , anyway have a look  http://www.eprice.it/ .

I don't know how import/export taxes work for buying something from the EU and then having it sent to another continent so just be aware of that too :)

Well, for example I had a 280x on backorder for about 3 months or so, and recently I was asked to pay $80 more due to AMD increasing the price here due to demand. Which would have made me go from $370~ after taxes and shipping to around $500~ after shipping and taxes. So I'm sure if I were to order it from there, roughing it out to about $320 before charges, I'd have better availability of it and it'd be close to $50 cheaper.
