Going to be using it for gaming, photo editing, media streaming and video encoding.

What programs will you be using for photo and video editing?  if they support CUDA then maybe you could go with a 3570K and a 670

I'll be using Lightroom 4 and Photoshop CS6. How much of a boost does CUDA give?
