So I'm putting together a gaming pc for my friend that only needs 400 watts to run everything but while looking for a good PSU I came across the EVGA SuperNOVA 650W 80 Plus Gold PSU going for $69.99! Now what I want to know is, is it worth buying? Or is there something better out there for around the same price point?
It's a great little PSU for the money. I say go for it.
Just be sure that the connections for your graphics card, if it requires 2, come from different rails. It can only push 20 amps per rail, so be aware of that.
