If you have the cash i would go to a bigger ssd, even if its only 256ish. You don't really need to but.. Its always nice keeping the things that you use daily on a ssd. You will just be able to keep all of your daily tasks installed on your main disk which will drastically improve your get up and go times. I would also consider moving from the WD blue to black for the same reasons of being able to save and read from a cold disk for things that are not always accessed.
If you're working on a budget for these I totally get it. However if you can spare the extra $ for these parts you'll thank yourself in the future.
At this price point I would choose another motherboard. If you really like it go for it it is a really sturdy one and it has all the standard features anybody wants, but the color scheme is so ugly IMO. There are good alternatives from MSI, Gigabyte and ASrock and you can find them 20-30$ cheaper.
I would skip the AIO liquid cooler and snag instead a Noctua NH-U9B SE2. Also, look at a different R9 290 brand instead of MSI. Their track record is kind of spotty. Gigabyte, ASUS, Sapphire, XFX, and HIS are all good AMD brands.
