What do you think of my budget PC?

After a long while of looking around the internet to find the parts to build my gaming PC, I have finally come up with a list of parts that fit into my (low) budget of $440. Now keep in mind, I will be constantly improving this, so I just want to know if this is good as a starting point for a gaming rig. So without further ado, here it is: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1jQQr

Also, I could not find the mouse that i'm gonna buy in there, but it's a Perixx MX-1000 ($20). Some things I already have are a 20in 1650*1050 monitor, a basic set of speakers, and a copy of windows 7, (don't worry, it was bought legally).

What do you think, that setup really puts me at the top of my budget, so if you're going to recommend something, please either make sure it's at a similar price range, or recommend something to upgrade to in the future.

Thank you for your guys' help, all feedback will be considered considering this is my first build.

changed a few things but that would be a good low end build that can still play games at 1080p and overclock it.

Thank you for the feedback! Also, what do you think of the 7770?

This is what I would get http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Killerfrenzy96/saved/21pi. It's pretty much JackFrags Steam Box. You can always add and extra stick of ram and a I5 3470 + 7870 later on.

Thanks for the reply. And I noticed you changed it to an Intel system. Is there any reason you chose Intel over AMD?

intel  i5 > athlon x2  i5 is so much faster then an atholon, great for gaming. Ohh and he did tht route so u can up grade to i5
