What do you think for £550?

I am building a Gaming PC for £550. I obviously want to play games on the thing but I want the PC to be functional with some light video editing and so on. 

I built this around the 3570k as it is sooooo cheap and one the best CPUs on the market.  What do you think? http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3QKfw

I'd pick up a 2x4GB RAM kit instead of a single 1x8GB stick so you get the increased bandwidth of dual channel, unless you plan to throw in another 8GB stick for 16GB later on.
