What do I need to start streaming or game capturing for my channel?

I want to start streaming/capturing my game plays and stuff... What will be the best recommendation for capture devices and other recording software... I already have some video editing software. If this help here is my PC specs http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rJHvGX

I recommend Open Broadcaster as it allows you to stream directly to twitch and YouTube whilst being the capture software:
