With this current build would the CPU cooler I have on it be good enough or will I need something beefier? Also I want to overclock the CPU as well.

well i can say it's good for the money but for serious overclocking you will need more. i have one of those coolers and 3570k and im at 4.0ghz and could easily go higher. 4.2 no problem. but my case also has great airflow and fans are at high rpm's.
Yeah, that cooler will be good for moderate overclocks, but once you get into the higher ones, you could go water cooling (NZXT Kraken X60 or a Corsair H100) or you could go the air route with a Noctua NH-D14.
