What company should i get a new PSU from?

I currently have a OCZ MOD X STREAM-PRO 700W. This company sucks with RMA and both brand new PSU i have purchased have failed. The latest one is due to the fan or some high pitch mechanical noise.

Should I go with XFX all modular? Or some other top notch brand.

Seasonic does supply the parts for XFX. XFX PSU's are nice. Lepa is another brand. Raidmax, Thermaltake, silverstone, Cooler Master and Ultra are the brands I like
