What can i run in this laptop?

So this summer i was thinking of buing a new laptop as my current one is getting old. I decided to buy an asus laptop (Asus K450JN-WX005H) with this specs  :

- CPU: intel core i7 4700hq

- GPU: nvidia geforce GT 840M 2GB GDDR3

- RAM: 8 Gb DDR3L-1600MHz

- Screen: 14' LED 1366x768

This laptop will be manly to carry to college and work there but i also wanted to game in it. I was wondering if i could run games like Battlefield 4, Far Cry 3, The Elder Scrolls Skyrim, GTA 5 etc..

It doesnt have to run on max settings, as long as it runs fluid (30 / 40 fps) its ok.

you can run everything at very low res and very low specs.
