What can I get to improve on my build..?

My specs are:

Motherboard: ASRock N68-GS3 UCC
OS:Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Processor:AMD Phenom II X4 850 Quad Core AM3 3.3GHz x 4
RAM:8GB DDR3 RAM
1TB Hard Drive
Graphics card:ASUS EAH6850 DirectCU 1GB GDDR5

I feel as my computer lacks the power I intend it to have as it takes a lot of time to tab in and out of games and takes a very long time to load into Team Fortress and many other games :(

Please help me on what I can get to improve the performance of my build.

yep SSD, Overclocking your CPU if you haven't already too, if you don't have a CPU cooler I'd advise a Coolermaster hyper 212 EVO
