What BIOS file do I use when using Gigabyte Q-Flash?

I plan on flashing my Gigabyte GA-F2A88X-UP4 motherboard to BIOS Version F6 through Gigabyte's Q-Flash Utility and put the file onto a USB

 

 

I've downloaded the BIOS file off of the website, but there are three files located in the .exe file that I downloaded:

 

1. 2A88XUP4.F6

 

2. autoexec.bat

 

3. Efiflash.exe

 

 

Do I put all three files onto the root of the USB or do I use one of these files ?

The F6 file.

The .exe is a windows executable and the .bat is a batch script for Windows command line.
