What are your thoughts on this PC build?
What would you change, and why?
I want to buy this, not sure when because I just built a new desktop, but why not have 3.
Its not coplete becasue I am not going to buy everythng at once, I need to make sure things fit.

Breakdown:
Processor: Intel Core i7 3770K 3.5GHz Quad Core - The same as you had on your list, with the Hyper 212 EVO you could OC this thing like crazy!
CPU Cooler - (See "Processor")
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth Z77 ATX LGA1155 Mobo - Great Motherboard, Awesome Features, Military Grade Components (Sadly, doesn't support any Memory higher than 1600MHz)
Memory: Patriot Viper 3 16GB (4x4GB) 1600MHz - Fast Memory, Cheap Price. Why Not?
Storage: Nothing - You Mentioned you just built a Desktop, take the HDD/SSD from there!
if you don't want to do that, grab a Kingston HyperX 3k 256GB/128GB or a ADATA XPG SX900 256GB/128GB

This is ok, but does not meet my needs, the point of my build is to utilize that case with a hanlde so I can easily bring it with me anywere. So I need a mini itx MOBO and that means only one GFX card. and the card I had is better for high res/multi screen gaming. This is also will be a slow fun build so I will buy it in peices to I can check for space issuse and stuff. I will also work on the cooling later on.
