Well I like most of the popular shows but If I were to choose my favorites then Parks and Recreation and Community are my favorite because I like laughing and comedy tends to make you laugh.
The Expanse
Earth (the BBC documentary)
Cosmos (old and new)
The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (… come back. We need you. )
Last Week Tonight (how the fuck did I forget that?)
The Colbert Report
The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson (if any late night show, it is this one)
I swear to god the narrators in that always make me laugh my ass off. When they get to the Saharan desert I lost my shit. Imagine little shithead aremis in 8th grade middle school when Earth was brand new. Then it gets to the deserts and this lady with the most perfect pronunciation and accent I have ever fucking heard comes on.
“The saharan desert is one of few places home to mammals, yet many lizards and birds can be found here. In the south eastern corner, what can we find? The Saharan Ass!”
Swear to fucking god the way she said it combined with the lethal boredom I lost my shit in this dark room filled with boring mute people. To this day, the fact that I remember the line… Thats how much of an impact the line had.
I have far too many to list… I could attempt to make a comprehensive list but I know I’d end up forgetting a few and run out of edits before I actually complete it.
