We knocked over all of the seedlings and several broke, but i ended up putting several basil plants in this pot with the columbine onthe outside since they have been growing the slowest

Even the ones whose tops broke completely off are starting to come back

Im curious if you guys use pepper leaves over there? I love it in our local version of chicken soup tinola. Also uses unripe papaya to soften the meat so that you dont need to beat it with a kitchen hammer/mallet.

No, I actually trim them down so the plant doesn’t have to feed them as well…

Lounge is leaking to other threads again, I’m sorry.

Not your fault…
I didn’t even check what thread this is…

But to keep things in track… Here are my peppers now.

They are growing. A bit slower than I would like them to, but faster than I expected honestly.
I trimmed the parsley on the right, so there is a fresh new parsley sprouting in and there are the herbs in the background…

Anyone have any tips on how to force a bay leaf plant to branch out?

Chop off the top and reroot it? As long as you leave enough leaves it should start branching…this knowledge only comes from watching one video about bonsai once.

Mi peppers are growing…
Mi rosemary is growing as well…
Mi mint is pretty much immortal so I am not worried about it.
I am a bit worried about the bay leaf. It doesn’t want to branch.
I will not do anything this year, but maybe next year I will chop the tip off and see how the plant will react…

PS: oh yeah, my parsley and dried dill are there as well
