I don’t only listen to alternative German music. I also listen to alternative French music.
Video by David LaChapelle.
Guess I’ll be listening to Boy Harsher tonight then.
I was gonna go make dinner but I had to listen to this first.

Allman Brothers Band Live at the Filmore East 1971 night 1 show 2 at the moment while provisioning equipment for the new hires coming in soon.
A hidden gem!
I’ve never seen a CD so flagrantly breaking the Red Book standard and it was glorious… “0” is also a number!
I mean, it’s probably a shameless cash grab. There’s both some Safety dance and Pop goes the world in there. But i like it.
This is slightly forgotten or at least overshadowed by Safety dance.
Keeping my music ear trained and not forgetting where my music taste comes from.
I wish there was more rebellion in music that came in this form: long ass pieces, cryptic lyrics, synths, weird time signatures.
I’m not aware of modern music that comes close to this a subtle request to make me wrong.
I work in the music and events industry and have thrown several boy harsher shows over the years… absolutely amazing band on so many levels. DAF is def an outstanding listening choice as well…
i don’t interact much here on the forums… i’ve been a lurker for awhile now, but generally too intimidated to post. the one exception resulted in a bit of a “crickets” type scenario… pretty sure bc i probably provided more context than neccesary, while simultaneously not doing enough to keep the questions i was trying to find answers to specific enough.
…and here i go again with a whole lot of exposition and little to no important plot points…
but yeah… music is my everything… at the moment i’ve been going in pretty heavy with ethel cain (she has a new album out too… dark atmospheric “pop” or at least woirking close to. the vernacular of pop… and rock… and often experimental…)
also been spending a lot of times with yves tumor bc just kinda digs into my head and doesnt leave…
oh… and this
