If you like more atmospheric stuff, Moscow Coup Attempt is pretty great.
Warning the video has flashing lights.
Stumbled upon this. It’s from 86, that’s why it sounds so 80s.
Then I had to listen to this
And then this. Yugoslavian synthpop from the 80s.
Swedish synthpop from 1982. There’s a line meaning “Control blinks blue” which made blue led lights very popular among older Swedish geeks.
Another classic
Check out the youtube channel Are Sounds Electrik? if you enjoy less known synth from all over the world, both old and new.

One of the comments breaks my heart.
“Veterans are burying the fruits of a beautiful and free future, the seeds of which they planted in their youth, fertilizing with their blood and tears. Whose country is now? Not theirs and not ours …”

thx for the intro 2 LB, listening now. The bit with the VR headset, spooky look at our likely future and the nose bit thru the ears
Even if I don’t always enjoy their music I always enjoy their videos. It’s either them or friends who’s made them.
And they can be funny and make a comment about society in one.
They also let friends release their videos on their channel to reach a broader crowd.
Of course I have an Adibass t-shirt
