Had to listen to this during my drive tonight - I discovered this band, of course had heard “Everybody wants to rule the World” on the radio, when I bought this CD in the 2000’s on someones recommendation for good audio quality for a hifi system.
I was able to play this from youtube on my iPhone connected to my Ford F-150 via bluetooth and I plugged in the USB to firewire also. This band makes me think of the Beatles production values, I think they are just as good as the Apple Records productions in the 70s. The two guys are very talented as writers and musicians.

The new Eels album. Not far in it yet. Keep listening to the first two songs Amateur hour, and a good day on earth. Third song not getting it yet and then going back. But it sounds like a Eels album. So i like it.
