Finally watched Drive a couple nights ago. Awesome soundtrack (and film).
Such an 80's sound. Especially from A Real Hero.
Here's the earliest example of this sound that I can find. Kraftwerk in '79.
Just went though old media libraries. This is a recap of what I listened to once I had to kill a couple of hours at night in Stansted Airport as a teenager. Slept on the floor with my Discman. Had a party. Not sure if it's non-metal though. You decide.
