Its fine, nice cooler and clocked like a ghz edition.
If you´ve worried about your money though the 7950 iceQ boost should only perform 10-15 % worse if both are overclocked (depending on your luck of course) while costing almost 30% less.

That card will overclock the GTX 780 speeds (Even if you're not lucky, it will get really close). Highly recommend HIS cards for the AMD 7XXX series GPU's. Though I would much rather get the HIS for almost 150 dollars less.
Personally I would wait a couple of weeks for the 8000 series so you dont get mad when you get screwed over

HIS IceQ X2 is probably my favourite 79xx card. Trouble is it has a really long PCB, and it doesn't fit all cases. If you can wait, it might be worth waiting for the 9000 series (8000 is OEM). Rumoured to release before the end of the year.
Just wait for the new GPUs, besides all the new games are coming out around that time anyways so not like you are missing out on anything atm.
