Were Should I Be?

 my pc

  • asus motherboard- M5A97 LE R.20
  • my processor is a AMD FX 4170 4 core
  • Card: asus  HD 7850
  • 2x4GB ddr3 Kingston 1333MHz DDR3
  • and a V6 GT for cpu cooler

were should i be with

  • gpu clock (mhz)
  • the voltage
  •  memory clock (mhz)

i will like it to be in a safe zone but still pushing it for the games i play

You should be in front of your screen, preferably on a comfortable chair.

However, your Pc shoudl run any current/next gen game without any overclock, so what is your questions exactly?

According to HWBot, the average overclock of that CPU on air is about 4.7ghz. Anything over 4.5 is pretty good though on that chip.

On voltages though I am not sure, it differs from chip to chip, if they are like piledrives the vcore shouldn't be higher than 1.5v. As a rule of thumb your thermal issues will raise their head before you reach the upper limit of voltage on an aircooled CPU however. So I would push for whatever maximum temp you can handle on your set up (pretty sure about 60 degrees C is the safe max).

On your RAM, what are the latency numbers like?

:) thank you for the rule of thumb i was at 1.6 almost 1.7 on my cpu voltage -___- i think that is why i was laging in games but also when i see videos and download in the same time my pc will stop working (frezze) but i still can move the mouse but will not be able to click anything so i have to reset it its random but any info with that problem?

That's what may be wrong. It shouldn't need to be more than 1.4ish. 1.3 should even be fine.

Anything over 1.5 will be producing way too much heat and shortening the life of your CPU.
