We are working on getting some deals on them for everyone. They are the best on the market, but they cost a lot. We might be able to do something about it (group buy maybe) and we will make a video on them when we can.
OK so when oculus (and the rest) arrive on the scene and these headsets are the size of a pair of sunglasses, we will only need one small screen for standby. or we sit down and put on the headset (wireless HUD/headphones) and we enter the VR world of 1 huge or multiple tabd /layered/side by side screens, what ever we wish it to look like. Take them off and no clutter of screens or monitor arms taking up space. Or set the HUD to 60% translucent mode and walk around multi-tasking, the Op Shops will be full of monitor arms for $1 a set.
...and for my first post, I want to share a link to a place I found online that has LCD stands. Like everybody, I lusted over Wendell's monitor stands and I've just joined the forum to search for information on them. I was specifically looking for a 3-way 27" stand, and found it at easymountlcd.com. I just ordered the 002-0019 model and will post again once I have it installed. I am not affiliated with them at all, just a hardware geek.
