Weird Triple Monitor issues On Win 10

I'm doing a desk upgrade. I have two Acer 1080 IPS screens from the local Microcenter. I want to add an ancient third monitor to the setup. I plug it in, and nothing happens. I fiddle around with the Display section of the System Settings, The third monitor is not there. I look in the AMD CCC and it is there but disabled. I try to set it to Extend. It says that I would need to disable one of the other screens. I do the same thing in the Control Panel display area. I get a similar response. Just as a sanity check I then booted in Ubuntu. Aside from the arrangement being wrong everything works. Any advice?

Relevant Specs:
CPU: AMD 8320
GPU: XFX AMD R9 280 (non-X) Dual Dissipation
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Win 10 x64 and Ubuntu Gnome 15.04 x64

Notes: I have tried with both the 15.7 and 15.8 drivers with no luck.
Acer monitors connect over HDMI (or VGA) and the old monitor connects over DVI (or VGA)
I have some HDMI cables, DVI-HDMI cables, and some Apple (don't ask) Mini-DisplayPort to DVI adapters (GPU has Mini-DP rather than full size DP).

are you plugging it into the card or your onboard gpu? if it's plugged into the card and it doesn't give your the options to have more than two running your card might only support dual monitors. from what I remember about amd cards is in order for three to be used on one card , one must be display port natively.

What outputs does your card have? I had to buy an active Displayport to DVI adapter for it to work.
