Okay so for the past 2 weeks now I have been having very weird problems on a single computer in my household (my personal Desktop) to where my web browser and battle.net will just stop loading webpages for 2-6 minute periods, but my skype/video game connection to servers will be okay. I checked it with multiple browsers, cleared cache and it still has this odd problem.

Using newest version of firefox as my main and used chrome to test this problem also
no other computer or device on my network has this problem.
