Weird Java Issue. Any Ideas?

Couldn't decide where best to put this so I figure here is as good as anywhere.

Ok, so the issue I'm having is with Java and only on one computer. Its a clean install and I've wiped the drive and tried twice on a new installation. As soon as I install the newest version of java and I'm just on the DESKTOP Not even on the internet. I get a popup from Java saying:

 


I can't figure out what the deal is. I'm wanting to post this machine on CL to try to get some cash to upgrade my current gaming rig but I don't want to list it while its doing this. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Only thing I can think of is the date/time is incorrect. I'll get warnings if I jump on the web after I cleared CMOS.

You were right, Even though I had set the Time in the bios when I first set up the rig its been Messing up since apparently.

My Cr2032 Cmos battery was dead, Time was Incorrect xDD You Win.
