Hey,
I noticed lately i got a weird electrical noise, only when i play games. So when i'm just watching youtube/movie i don't hear it. I did some stress test on my CPU, GPU and together but when i do that i don't hear the noise. I installed the latest drivers etc.

Sounds like its your psu fan kicking up..
- COOLING & NOISE
'The 135mm fan in the Silent Pro M2 720W started up a low speed with soft broadband audibility. It is a pleasant, low level whoosh devoid of any annoying tonalities. On the spectrum analyzer, the overall SPL was ~15 dBA@1m, which is one dBA higher than recorded for the Silent Pro M 700W back in 2009. Subjectively, this is about right — our beat-up M 700W lab unit seems a touch quieter at residual/minimal load. No change in the noise was detected till around 400W load, when perhaps a single dBA increase, to 16 dBA@1m, was seen. At 500W load, the fan sped up more significantly, and the SPL stabilized around 22 dBA@1m. From that point, the fan sped up progressively with increased load, reaching a maximum of 31 dBA@1m at full load. Throughout, the quality of the noise remained smooth and benign. No obvious electronic noise was heard at any power load.'

Thank you sir,
the PSU noise isn't my problem it's the electronic noise you hear in the second link (not the fan kicking in) i'm worried about. So it's cool whine? But when i stress test my GPU i don't hear the same noice (i don't hear any).
Just stressing a card with a load sometimes dosent get you coil whine my card for instance will develop a whine if i play a game with vsync off and the game fps is over 100fps load testing it in unigine valley it whont start to whine.
Thanks for the answer sir,
so i shouldn't worry about it? I was thinking it was maybe something in my PC and didn't get enough voltage or too much voltage.
Its not something thats going to harm anything but the sound can be irritating.
