So this isn't really about coding, I'm looking to purchase a website. Sadly, I have 20$ on a paypal account, but I have no credit card or desire to register one. I'm only 16. Is there anyway for me to get around this and set up hosting and a domain with just the money I have on paypal?
Firstly to have a paypal you're suppose to be 18. Secondly paypal is widely accepted in many places, I'm not sure of hosting sites accept any but I'm sure you can easily find one with google.
for the money you have i am sorry to say you dont have enough. buyvm.net gives you a vps for 15$ a year which is an amazing deal but then you need 10$ a year for a domain.
