Ok so currently I run a website with a LightIRC client with video chat functionality. Unfortunately that is flash... I personally and my website users love the video chat and audio chat functionality but there is no mobile support... I have over 1200 users from all over the world and the request for a mobile chat application with video specifically for my site/service comes up quite often. So I want something that I can host my self that has text audio video support and can be worked in to an app also free would be nice..... If you can't tell I am extremely new never coded anything in my life I have never made an application.... ANY IDEAS would be awesome or if someone knows how much it would cost me to pay someone to make something like this. It would be great as well....
I appreciate any ideas help anything anyone can give me.
(I have looked in to these but they cannot be used I only placed them here to give you ideas of what I was looking for. )
