Webcam suggestions

I'm trying to look for a better webcam. Depending on how much money I get for my birthday next month I will be buying a webcam. Here are my expectations

  • 720HD at 30FPS or 1080P at 30FPS
  • Decent audio
  • Looks nice
  • Has an LED for when active
  • Budget: $30-40

First I am not normally not a fan of Microsoft hardware. Actually I’m not a Microsoft fan much at all. However, I have had this 1280 X 720 for 3 years and I use it quite often without problem. Good picture, 30fps, auto focus and all that stuff. Note: this the the egg.ca.
